The OET Clinic is designed to improve the four (4) macro skills of reading, writing, listening & speaking for the Occupational English Test. Available for people outside of Melbourne, Australia only.  The Matt Christie OET Clinic is designed to assist in mastering the skills required for the OET Test.

Who can do a OET Clinic?

12 health & allied health professions: dentistry, dietetics, medicine, nursing, occupational therapy, optometry, pharmacy, physiotherapy, podiatry, radiography, speech pathology & veterinary science.

The OET test is currently used by the governing bodies of the professions at state & national level in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and United Arab Emirates. Each board or council determines the result required from candidates to meet the language competency standards required in order to function in their profession.

About Matt Christie:

Matt is a successful speaker and educator with over 21 year’s experience in the corporate world. He has held national training roles in the allied health, retail, hospitality, hairdressing and teacher professional development sectors. He is passionate about assisting individuals to initiate positive change in their lives. Matt's background includes postgraduate studies in education and he provides education to students across the world.

Founder and CEO of the Matt Christie Institute of Australia offering OET Preparation Clinics around the world making it the largest provider of its kind. In 2012 was listed as the first international OET Preparation Provider by the owners of the OET Test.

Matt has been employed in management positions at some of Australia's Top Education Providers as Head of Education and Director of Studies. Matt has also spent many years in the class room teaching students from diverse cultural backgrounds. He has been invited to judge the Australian Training Awards and present awards at the Victorian Sports Awards. He has taught OET for the last 12 years internationally.

As an active member of the community he regularly volunteers his time with the Salvation Army Australia and Uniting Care Australia. Matt is continuing studies in nutrition, iridology and holistic medicine in 2016 and is due to graduate in 2018.

In 2017 the Matt Christie Institute of Australia will expand its Asia, Europe, Australia and Middle East Operations making the institute the largest of its kind worldwide.

Matt will open two retail stores in 2018 in Australia, which will see the business grow at a new level.

He has a strong passion for lifelong learning and lives and works by his very own personal philosophy:
